Living in Cornwall for nearly 16 years. Passionate in experimental cooking in my kitchen lab. Outdoor experiences lover. Off-piste (backcountry) snowboarder in French Alps and ultramarathons hiker. Enjoy in landscape and food photography from time to time. Rare mysterious books reader and collector.
Jess
Jess is a graduate writer with a passion for cultural history, and nature. Since leaving her hometown of Bristol in favour of the dreckly lifestyle, Jess enjoys taking a slower pace in life – so when she’s not at Sushea you’ll likely find her wandering through the woods hunting for mushrooms and mosses or cosying up in the sun with a book.
